House is freshly painted a more modern grey color the fence has been freshly stained in the last couple months the garage floor has been recently topped with epoxy grey color the back patio is no longer brick it is brand new concrete and the dining room and kitchen is no longer laminate flooring it is ceramic tile I wanted to sell but with interest rates so high nobody wants to buy so I plan on renting my property until rates go back down Renter is responsible for all services that includes gas electric and water/ internet or cable no smoking cigarettes in the house ..no pets if you feel this is a good fit for you and you have pets I would consider putting down a fat deposit to make me reconsider
