Upon expiration, you would be able to re-lease with The Quarry if you would like. This apartment is a lake view apartment, where the balcony and bedroom window overlook the lake. It is a second floor apartment. It includes a washer and dryer. Currently the lease also includes a single car garage. It is 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom (with a walk in closet), balcony, living room with a gas fire place, large kitchen, and dining space. By living at the Quarry, you would also have access to both of the Quarry's gyms/weight rooms, and both of their pools, movie theater, printing and other amenities. The Quarry also has 2 dog parks, and plenty of walking space. The Quarry is just a short distance from downtown Grandview Heights. The bike trail borders the property (which would allow you to bike all the way downtown without being on the road). The space is sufficiently large enough for a couple or a single individual. The lease is from now through May 18, 2018.
