Community facilities include a pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts, with access to the reservoir beach and trails. Available May 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025. Appointments available after phone screening. Additional policies; must follow all Beacon Point guidelines, non-smoking, no pets, 300$ cleaning fee with security deposit.
