A freshly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 full baths, single family home on 1 acre with a fenced-in backyard. It is very private with woods on 3 sides and plenty of parking space. It's minutes away from all 3 schools (elementary, middle, and high school), as well as a Food Lion grocery store and Subway. There's also a peaceful wooded walking trail called Robertson Creek Nature Preserve nearby. The house can also be easily accessible for handicapped individuals.
Rent is $2000 per month with a $2000 security deposit. Leasing term can be 6 months or longer. All occupants 18 years old and up must be on the lease and qualify. No evictions, no criminal record, verifiable income 2.5 times the rent per month, credit score of 650 and above, and good references. Rental insurance will be required. Applicants will pay a background services provider to do a background and eviction screening initiated by the landlord.
Pets will be considered with a maximum of 2 pets and a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. No Section 8 vouchers accepted.

Applicants who make less than $60k, are unable to prove income, have less than a 650 credit score, have any negative rental or criminal history, or have more than 2 pets will automatically be denied. I'm in no hurry and want to make sure I find the best possible tenant to take good care of my home.
Septic and water from a well is included. Tenant is responsible for electric, trash, internet, and lawn maintenance. No smoking allowed. Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a maximum of 2 pets and a pet fee.
