Room is partially furnished with a sofa, bistro table, 1 chair, buffet, hot plate, microwave and mini-fridge. Please note there is no kitchen. The size is comfortable for one (1) person. Laundry is on-site and shared. There's a closet for storage. The upper platform can comfortably fit a full size mattress. $1650 per month rent includes utilities, trash and water for one (1) person, but does not include internet.
