This is a 3 Bed / 1 bath unit on the upper level of a four plex located right across the road from many beautiful homes on Lake Poinsett. It will be available the beginning of August. Our current renter has purchased a home and will be moving on. All of the photos will show that the unit is still being lived in. One of the smaller bedrooms is not shown in the pictures as it is currently being used for a storage area. Pets are welcome in our rentals with an additional security deposit and monthly pet rent. Lake Poinsett is a very popular destination for water enthusiasts and fisherman. This rental is just a short walking / driving distance from one of the many boat ramps on the lake. Lake Poinsett is centrally located in between the larger towns of Brookings and Watertown. Estelline, Volga, Arlington, and Lake Norden are also not that far away if you are looking for employment opportunities. Owner would also prefer renter to sign a yearly lease.
