We are trying to find new tenants for our apartment so we can move due to a job transfer. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom roommate style apartament, in villas at south point is 1064 square feet. It is directly off of the highway and very close to buisness and restaurants. Both bedrooms are very spacious and easily fit king sized beds. Though the guest bedroom is slightly smaller than the master it does have a desk built into the wall. Both rooms have their own bathroom and both have walk in closets. It also has a balcony that over looks a pond. The complex is gated, has side walks throughout, has over two miles of nature trails located inside the complex, a fitness center, a pool, a playground, a buisness room, washer and dryer connections, microwave, refrigerator, oven, laundry room. It's very quiet and peaceful here. It is the B2 upper floor plan. Though the complex is usually %100 occupied, if you were to lease directly with villas, the rent would be 1100 vs 915, you would have to pay a $300 deposit fee, as well as $150 reservation fee. Simply taking over the lease however would save you almost $700.
