Gas and electric heat sources and hooked up to the water line. It has a boat house to sit on, right by/ overlooking the water. The property has undergone some major renovations since 2017. In 2017-2019 all new electrical (240 was brought in, and brand new telephone pole hook up by road), all new plumbing- including pipe to septic tank, new septic tank (1000 gallons), gas meter lines and water were hooked up and installed, the land was leveled in front (facing the water), the stairs were redone on the side of the house, in the back a new driveway with large parking lot was added and a new shed (10 by 10 or 12 by 12) was added (with a red metal roof to match the house), the back lawn (roadside) had tile installed to redirect ground water runoff away from the house, the boat house was completely redone - closed off to the water to create an upstairs and down stairs hangout/ storage area, in 2020 the outside concrete house porch was re-poured, in 2022 almost all the external windows were changed out - minus a few stationary ones and the upstairs porch ones. This camp can be enjoyed for years to come. It is currently used in spring, summer and fall but closed in winter- windows/gas/ water done but need insulation to make year round. There is a 32 foot dock with a ladder and a double railing stairway ( 4 steps) for kids, pets or those not sure footed to easily get in and out of the water. Its shallow to walk around by the concrete seawall but gets deep relatively quickly (usually the whole dock isn't put in until mid way through summer as the water level goes down). It is located in Marcellus school district, which has a good reputation as well.
