Very affordable condo!!! Why rent! My husband and I are selling our condo at Franklin Crossing, Franklin MA, By Owner..need to close early June. It has 2 very large bedrooms, (one with two closets), a living room, dining area, kitchen, pantry and one bathroom. The living room has sliders that open up to a balcony that over looks a grassy area and woods. The inground pool is located to the right of that grassy area. There is a storage closet in the stairwell hallway as well. The complex does allow pets. This condo has the nicest location in the complex. It is right near the cul de sac so there is plenty of visitor parking in addition to owner spots. We installed a new furnace for heat and central a/c, a new hot water heater and put new windows in the bedrooms since we have owned it. Besides the Pool there are tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a play area. Convenient to shopping (by car or short walk),rte 495 and train to Boston.
