To start, I have the ONLY HOUSE with a TV WALL on a swivel. (See pics) So my tv can spin to face either my kitchen or my living room:) I have put over $50,000 in the last few years into this house. I added a hi end cover over my back patio with lights, so i have 2 covered porches now. I added new carpet and flooring in every room of the house. Painted every room in the house. Spent $10,000 on a new bathroom and soaking tub. Every light fixture and fan has been replaced. Had the vents cleaned and a $2000 bacteria and microbial laser and bulb added to keep the air pure. Put new 6 inch gutters and maintance free Leaf Filter on them(has lifetime money back no clog guarantee). Replaced the privacy fence last year. Replaced a few windows. In 2023 I put in Central Air and a new Water Heater. In 2022 I put in a new Furnace. Also in 2023 i redid my garage. I put in a new garage door and a 2nd garage door on back of the garage to the back yard. Roof was replaced in 2016. I was planning on living here forever so i put ALOT of money into the house but my family moved to Texas so im moving there in the near future as well
