The room has a full private bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower. The main bedroom room is approximately 16x10 and also has a large walk-in closet 5x10. There is a desk and chair in the bedroom. The room will include off-road parking, free Wi-fi, use of the Kitchen (which includes a new fridge/freezer for sole use of the tenant), and use of the Sunroom, Laundry equipment and Garden. Includes access to SCCA (Sun City Civic Association) facilities, which include a gym, swimming pool, bowls, table tennis, activity clubs and much more. The room will be $900 pcm (plus a share of utilities - which, based on the current bills, should be fairly low), the room will require a $900 deposit. Any interested people will require references, credit check, proof of income etc. The house will be shared with one other person (the owner). About the house: Lovely, single story family home in a quiet, scenic 55+ community. Within walking distance to local shops and restaurants and easy access to the freeway (215).
