Convenient and free trash and recycling services. Very peaceful and quiet complex with no noise issues to date! Parking is free for you and your guests! The complex also has two pools (one kept private for residents only) and a gym. The leasing agents are very kind and helpful, and the neighbors are pleasant! There are no issues with noise or disturbances to speak of. Water and sewage is $20 flat fee a month. Owner is responsible for electricity and internet. Trash services are included in the rent!
