Valet parking is available for an additional fee: 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus taxes; 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus taxes; 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus taxes; 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus taxes. Located at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, this apartment is equidistant from Miami Beach to the south and Ft. Lauderdale to the north. It is one easy block to the beach and minutes from nightlife, dining, shopping and recreation. Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. The resort is surrounded by restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park. To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or head to South Beach. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale Airport is minutes away. For groceries, you will find a 24-hour Walmart right next door, and a Publix Supermarket is a two-minute drive away. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory resort fees that are not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property: Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus taxes; Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus taxes; Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus taxes; Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus taxes. A $500 fine will be applied for any violation of the no smoking policy. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM. Excessive noise or property damage may result in penalties.
