The apartment has a balcony facing south, offering direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. It is just one block to the beach and minutes from fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping, and recreation experiences. Wireless internet is included. The room, with a king-size bed, can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests, with a private bathroom and TV. You will also find a fitness center, a restaurant, and beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach (3 minutes away). The fully equipped kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, electronic safe, iron/ironing board, in-suite washer/dryer, and TVs in each room. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees not included in the nightly rate. These fees are collected separately at check-in. Resort fees are $30 per day for stays of 1 to 7 nights, $25 per day for stays of 8 to 14 nights, $20 per day for stays of 15 to 29 nights, and $300 per month plus $10 for each additional day for stays of 30 nights or more. Optional valet parking is available at $28 per day per vehicle for 1 to 7 days, $25 per day per vehicle for 8 to 10 days, $250 per stay per vehicle for 11 to 19 days, and $295 per stay per vehicle for 20 to 30 days. A Pack 'N Play crib is available upon request. Package handling is $5 per package plus applicable taxes, with collection available from the package room between 9 AM and 5 PM. The apartment is non-smoking and no parties are allowed. A free shuttle service to the beach is available, and beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
