Ranch brick, 7 rooms. New oak cabinets, flooring, & countertop in kitchen in 2006. Added patio cover in 2006. Main bathroom was remodeled in 2002. Former garage serves as laundry room, computer room & den; there is an extra refrigerator there as well. We have planted several trees since buying in 1990. There are two outbuildings, one for shop/lawnmowing equipment and one for a sewing building. Neighborhood Description This is a lovely neighborhood with mostly ranch brick homes built in the late 50's and early 60's. It is a stable neighborhood with many of the original homeowners still occupying their homes. It has an almost parklike setting with most streets being dead end streets. Most homes are owner occupied. People control their pets and take lots of pride in their yards. Most lots range from 2/3 to over an acre in size. People enjoy walking in the neighborhood.
