De La Bahia is an active 55 and over community, at least one occupant must be at 55 or older
All renters must be approved by the condo association - based on review of application. There is a $100 application fee that is non-refundable, prospective tenant pays to the landlord, landlord pays to the condo board.
Minimum rental term is 3 months, Maximum rental term offered is 12 months, with possibility of extension
Monthly rent included $50 of electric usage, any additional monthly electric usage will be deducted from security deposit. Landlord will give update on usage amount when requested, or as part of final accounting at end of lease.
