The home is equipped with everything you would find at home with ample table settings, food prep appliances (Ninja blender and Airfryer also provided). If you enjoy cooking, you should not be disappointed finding all the tools needed to prepare your meals as you would at home. A large sunny laundry room adjoins the kitchen with LG Washer and Dryer, lots of extra counter space and cabinets. The open plan living room is bright and airy with expansive sliding doors out to the lighted deck with conversation area, sun Lounger, and views of the river. There is a comfy couch and oversized armchair to relax at the end of the day and a plethora of board games provided for quality family time or game nights in with friends. The dining area has seating for 8 and barstools flank the kitchen bar. Dimmer lighting in the kitchen and dining area provide a cozy ambiance. A spacious powder room is off the living area at the end of the hallway. Each bedroom has a TV and access to all your favorite channels with Roku TV and the Highest Speed internet available. Both spacious bedrooms have a ceiling fan and ample closet space. Wake up in a very comfortable King Size bed to views of the passing boats from your master bedroom with en-suite bathroom providing ample storage and counter space with barn door for privacy. A large walk in closet will provide plenty of room for your clothes with shoe rack, full size ironing board and iron. The adjoining patio gives full access to owners backyard area down to the marsh. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, pillow top and memory foam and the hallway provides ample privacy from the master bedroom divided by a spacious guest bathroom offering plenty of storage and counter space and an oversized linen closet where you will find extra linens, blankets and fluffy towels. A top-of-the-line queen sized Coleman air mattress and pump is also provided for extra visitors.
There are two dedicated parking spaces in front and extra lighting on the front of the building. A third vehicle can also be parked behind if needed.
If you are here for work, the Truman Expressway is 1.5 miles away and takes you to both local hospitals and Southside businesses within minutes. The Savannah Airport is 25 minutes away.
