Our home is not for sale we just love it . It was built around 1886 , the assessment amount listed on zillow is 10 years old the house is currently ( as of 2007 ) assessed for 135,000 . This house is the first site of the Vermont Novelty works , they made the first jointed dolls. The house has been neglected for about 10 years , we have updated all of the electrical ( it was knob and tube ) and have done work to the inside. We have held off working on the outside due to the town doing major construction on the water, sewer and road. Now that the construction is over we plan to strip and paint the things that need attention outside.
