This is a mobile home with d-log siding, deck, new windows, new metal roof, a hvac system less than 2 years old and a recently paved driveway/parking. There is a propane fireplace in the living room for extra heat on those cold winter days. This property is fairly private and doesn't have walk thru or drive thru traffic. It is just minutes from the Blue Ridge pkwy, Hwy 74 E toward Fairview, I-40 and 240. We own the mobile home above this and use it occasionally but it is not rented. WiFi is included in rent. Master bedroom is 20x13, second bedroom 11x13 No smoking allowed. Maximum of 2 vehicles. Yard work can be completed with a weed eater and leaf blower. Renter responsible for electric, water and propane gas bill(for secondary winter heat). Drive way is steep but easy to learn. Mailbox is at beginning of Avondale Heights Rd with a locked box. Landlord responsible for repairs to appliances if needed. Tv is provided in the living room if you want to use it but it can be removed if you don't need it. You must provide your own washer and dryer
