It's a block from the Carney Hospital, and a short walk to the Red Line, at Ashmont station, which is getting a hundred million dollar renovation. There's a playground at the end of the street, and an old cemetary that they don't use anymore just one house away. They make for some nice quiet neighbors. I may end up moving into this house myself I like it so much over there. I live about a half a mile away. I love living in Dorchester. It takes 10 minutes to get into downtown Boston, and Marina bay is 3 miles, the Sagamore bridge is under an hour away.
