The community has a mix of single family and townhomes. The development is still under construction with a plan for future community center with pool, fitness room, and banquet room. There are also playground areas planned to be placed throughout. The entrance to the community is nice, moderately landscaped, and has an area for kids to wait for the bus in the morning. The homes are well spaced and the sidwalks are wide. Street signs and street lights are well placed and nice looking. Mailboxs are place periodically thoughout and partially covered by pagodas, typically within 1-2 blocks from the homes. All wiring is underground and the community is surrounded by trees with patches of trees within the community. The HOA is not overly restrictive and is fair.
