THIS IS A SEASONAL RENTAL, available from November through April or anytime in between. The condo is furnished. This multi level condo includes two cozy bedrooms on the first floor with a full bathroom. One has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. The second floor is open concept with kitchen, dining area, and living room with a large fireplace together for just hanging out or entertaining. The third floor offers a large master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. There is also an area off the master bedroom with a trundle bed. For extra sleeping space, the trundle bed can be either one or two twin beds or another king bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with everything you could possibly need. All bedrooms have a television and DVD player. The TVs in the living room and the third floor king suite are smart tvs and also have cable. I also have a pack and play and a child safety gate for use if needed. Guest pays for monthly electric bill Short term lease agreement will be signed Deposit and first month rent due at signing Rent and expenses to be paid by PayPal or Venmo Small dog would be allowed with Owner approval
