    Beautiful, peaceful fenced acreage in Webster county with two pasture areas and plenty of mature timber. A long driveway winds through the trees and past a pond to a clearing in the center of the property where the home and barns are. The big 40X50 barn has a 30X40 mostly insulated portion with concrete floor and electricity, a wood stove and two roll up doors,12X12 and 12WX8H; the back portion has a sliding door to the north and is divided into two rooms, the larger having 2 stalls. Also a 50X40 equipment shed that has a 11.5WX9.5H sliding door and lots of pens inside. There is an old basement (not useable for a structure, as it is cracked and bowed) with an adjoining covered cistern that houses the electric panel, pressure tank, etc... (great storm shelter?!) The smaller library building does not stay. The 1994 16X80 Clayton mobile home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, one of which has a jetted tub. Gas fireplace in living room. Propane tank is owned. Mobile is lived in, has a good metal roof, and an added 12X20 mudroom/laundry. (Mobile needs work, so selling 'as is.' Cook stove and refrigerator stay, seller reserves the dishwasher) Very good deep well; septic is a lagoon. Large guardian dogs and flock of laying hens may stay if desired. Just 6 miles from 60 hwy and C in Seymour, MO!
