Credit History applicant must have favorable credit history (i.e. no current collections on utilities, judgments, garnishments, liens) Exceptions may be granted for reasonable cause. Application Information application must be complete and true Aggressive or "known to be aggressive" pets - not allowed are any pets that are or may become a liability issue and/or threat. Must not be on the list of excluded animals per homeowners insurance.
