3 bedroom with 2.5 bath. There is a lot of natural light and open space. We looked at dozens of houses before we bought this one and really fell in love. It is very open with central rooms which is great with kids - it is a big house, but you can call out and get your kids when you need them and hear if anything is amiss Neighborhood Description Tennis Courts, Swimming pool. This house is perfect for a family with smaller kids. We have a 3 story tree house with sleeping lofts and a military cargo net in the bottom. It is still a great place for us, but we are thinking about moving to a house where we can have grandma move in with us. We are not in a hurry to move and love our place. (We have done a lot of upgrades that I think most people with kids and stuff would appreciate (lots of second tier shelving in the garage roof, sodded the front yard, laid a parking pad and stone patio and extended the original back deck, fenced the yard) This is a great cul-de-sac location with great neighbors. (Best part is across the street retirees have kids with bagel shops - lots of backed goods...) Anyway - call and I can give you more detail.
