The unit features hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room, ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, and bathroom. The images are older and will be updated. Currently, the wall color is light gray with white trim. The kitchen features a refrigerator and range if required. There is an enclosed porch off of the kitchen that is shared with another apartment. The bathroom features a built in bathtub / shower combination. Heat is provided by natural gas and additionally in one room by an electric baseboard. We are currently asking $1200.00 per month with basic water and basic sewer included. Section 8 vouchers are welcome. The rent amount presupposes up to two adults and up to 1 child. We reserve the right to adjust the rent amount for a larger Tenant group size.
