We are located in a beautiful, quite neighborhood with spectacular views of the Golden Gate bridge, East Bay bridge and the city. Located minutes from Tilden Park for hiking and biking and minutes from AC transit commuter/buses, casual carpool, BARTs and the freeway. Local grocery, post office, restaurants, hardware store all blocks away. Great for folks vacationing, visiting family, internships, or in for work. AC Transit stops within walking distance and a short drive to El Cerrito or North Berkeley Bart for commuting to the city. Studio has a queen size bed, desk/breakfast table, TV with basic cable, wifi, fridge, gas stove, dedicated washer/dryer, and private bathroom. All bills included in price. The studio is completely private and has its own separate entrance. For multiple week stays, we pay for a cleaning person to come every 2 weeks.
