Appliances: Kitchen includes a range and a frig. New-ish Washer/Dryer are in the bathroom, but are not warranted by the landlord. (Tenants may use them but Landlord isn't obligated to replace them.) Utilities: Comcast cable/ISP is wired. Tenant pays own electric bill. Heat is electric, through Puget Power. Water/Sewer is $100 per month flat fee, paid with the rent. Terms: One year lease....Month to month after that. Renter's insurance is required. You'll have to give proof of this within 30 days of tenancy and name the landlord as an additional insured.
