Very cozy for new home owner. The second level is rented and and has been since 1999 by the same tenant. The first floor is where me and my husband reside for the past 25 years. There is a finish basement where the utility and playroom, man-cave. I am relocating to florida to be closer to my family as i am unable to take care of the everyday needs of the home, just too big for one person.
