This house was extensively renovated in 2014. The building was completely re-wired, including new light fixtures and ceiling fans and in-wall wiring for cable/internet. Additional lights were added to the closets, front porch, back deck, back yard, and basement. The entire plumbing system from the water meter to the sewer main was replaced. All the wooden floors were sanded and refinished, the main stairway carpeted, and the entire unit repainted. The back porch was replaced with a new back deck, which covers a utility area off the back yard. The basement, which is dry, includes a laundry area and workshop, and walk-out to the back yard. Both the front and back yards are fenced and the back yard can be gardened.
