We are a 5 minute drive to Cobb's Hill, one minute walk to all of Monroe's night life, 5-10 minute drive to the public market. Also, a 10 minute drive to Monroe Community College, 7 minute drive to the University of Rochester, 15 minute drive to RIT, and 10 minute drive to Nazareth College and St John Fisher. Dogs/ Cats are OK, $25 dollars extra a month, and obviously would hope they are house trained.
