If you’re looking for a cheap house to fix up and make it your own/finish it this one’s for you. It was built in the 1800s I was told listed online 1930. I’ve done a lot of work to it but it needs more, it needs one side/corner jacked up and some work needs to be done as in replacing rot I have updated and fixed the septic it has a brand new artesian well eight years ago.
