The entire house (3300 Sq Ft) has been split into 2 living spaces and a single tenant is currently renting the basement. The owners are seeking a quiet tenant who's comfortable with basic home upkeep (shoveling snow, adding salt to the water softener, or contacting us when anything breaks). The house is almost fully automated and has undergone an extensive renovation ($450K) within the past 2 years. Your monthly rent includes: $400 month utilities, $300 month maid service, $100 month internet access, $40 month of streaming services on the living room television. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and our neighbors are fantastic. The owners are relocating temporarily (2-4 years) for work and are seeking caretakers. We'll be taking most of the plants. This is a separate living space with private entrance, parking, washer/dryer, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. You will live separately above our other tenants, but are free to rent the entire house in May for $5K deposit/$5K per month. Thank you. The monthly rental price is $3000 per month for a 12 month lease. All utilities are included in the rent (water, gas, electric, trash, internet) and the house comes fully furnished. We kindly request that you keep electric, gas, water usage to under $400 per month. We run 2 electric cars and keep the house at 72-74 degrees without going over that limit (3 adults). 1 TB per month of internet access is also included. Utilities are shared with the basement tenant.
