Excellent furnished one bedroom garden level 650 sqft suite in Kitsilano. A very quiet corner of Kits along the Trafalgar bike path. There's a three block walk to the beach or to local grocery stores, liquor stores and shops. This suite can sleep up to 4 people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable double wallbed in the den area. The kitchen is well equiped and is a good size with a four person dining table. There is convenient access to laundry. Included is laundry, WiFi, heat and electricity. Rental is a minimum of a month. Minimum 1 month lease but longer is good as well. Fully furnished suite includes WiFi, utlities. Laundry is not in suite but just 10 steps away and is not shared with anyone else. There is secured bike parking. A dog may be considered if it's a good fit for the home and other tenants and isn't loud as others work in the home. There is street parking only.
