My husband and I, (and our friendly mini-Bernedoodle Beau), live in the main house, (a charming Spanish Bungalow at the front of the property), and we are committed to making your stay here as enjoyable and seamless as possible! 6 month initial lease then month-to-month after the initial 6 months. The rental price includes water and trash and use of the washer and dryer just outside your front door. Tenant to pay electricity and high-speed internet separately. This is a non-smoking ADU (granny flat).
