The home sleeps 6 total and is decorated in neutral colors, is very organized and kept clean and tidy with minimal clutter. Entrance: Your entrance will be through the front door, using a keypad. There is one step at the entrance and otherwise the home is single- level with no steps throughout. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) features a king size bed, with an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo). Large nightstands provide ample space to put away clothes. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, nightstand with drawer, desk and a full closet. Bedroom 3 doubles as an in-home office with a large desk and a twin bed with trundle. The closet in this room is currently allotted for owner storage but we're willing to negotiate needs. The second bathroom is in the hallway and features a tub/shower combo and newly updated vanity. Kitchen: You will find a fully-furnished space to cook, bake and entertain. There are crockpots, along with a keurig, toaster and magic bullet. Plentiful servingware is available for you to access. Dining: You will find two counter height stools in the kitchen, an intimate table for 4 in the dining nook or a larger dining table, which can seat 6. Living Room: There is seating for 5 to cozy up in the living room, when you are enjoying games at the large coffee table or streaming your favorite shows. Outdoor space: Watch the sunset from the front porch or enjoy privacy in the backyard, with a large patio, outdoor seating, a gas grill and a dining table for 6. The yard is fully fenced in. You may use the back gate to access the common walking path that runs behind the home, and leads to a nearby park and ball fields. Laundry: We have a dedicated laundry room, in the house, featuring a high efficiency washer and dryer. TV and Internet: Internet is high speed and we have Chomecast connected to the TV or projector to stream your favorite services and connect shows. Wellness: There is a walkway that runs behind our home and ties in to a park system for easy access to 3+ mi walking and running trails. Several gyms and yoga studios are nearby. The garage is currently locked for owners' storage but is possibly negotiable to share. Ideally looking for a one or two year lease but willing to consider a minimum of 3months. Owner pays for all utilities, including internet. There is a cap on gas in the winter months and electric in the summer, so tenant can adjust temperature to their desire.
