It comes with all appliances and has granite counter kitchen tops; wood floors, with an in unit hook up for your washer & dryer and it does not come with a garage, although there is plenty of street parking. The monthly rent is $2200. To move in you need first months rent and a security deposit equal to first months rent. Cash or cashiers check for payment. You will also need to provide renters insurance, Before you submit information applicant will be denied for the following 1. If you have had an eviction or are in process of one or behind in your rent. 2. Not employed or have no verifiable source of income. 3.No smoking 4. A credit score less than 650 for any of planned occupants that are 21 or older which will be put on lease 5. Negative rental history. 6.
