The kitchen if fully stocked with all the extras including drip and nespresso coffee makers , french press, microwave , oven toaster , blender, non stick pans, cookie sheets and all basic cooking essentials. Our home offers a gas grill with seating and a BBQ area . We are centrally located withing 30 mins walking distance to the center of town with all the restaurants, bars and shops. The long list of amentities inlcude 2 smart TV's and a full size washer and dryer in a seperate pool cabana . We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom attached . We are located in the Sunrise Park neighborhood full of mid century gems with a real sense of community . if requested ,pool heat is an extra feel of $2500 a month . We have a clean fee of $325 upon checkout and a monthly clean will be required . We can arrange weekly cleans if you like ! AC will be held by deposit and renter will pay the monthly bill depending upon useage. owners pay pool and landscaping weekly maintanance, trash removal and water . Renters pay electric bill AC as mentioned above. 6-12 monts $7200 per month short term 1-2 months $12000 November - May $9000 June - October owners pay for water, renters pay for electric and gas. We take a $2500 a month fee for pool heat but that is not mandatory unless you want the pool heated . We take a $5000 deposit for 1-6 month rentals. If a tenant wants the home for a 12 month lease we take a security deposit of $5000 plus last months rent to secure the property . No smoking in the home and quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM to respect the neighbors .
