One entire side of the house is floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a front-row seat to the beauty of every season from summer thunderstorms to quiet winter snowfall. Layout: 3 cozy bedrooms plus a fully finished basement. The Heart of the Home: A stunning floor-to-ceiling stonewall fireplace, perfect for curling up with a book. The Setting: Tucked away from the road for total privacy, you'll be surrounded by mature trees, hand-carved wooden sculptures, and a serene pond. In the spring, the sound of the frogs is pure magic. Lease Details Flexibility: While I'd love a long-term neighbor, short-term rentals are welcome and preferred. Furnishings: This home is available with furniture rental included, making your move-in effortless. House Rules: To keep the home in its best shape, we maintain a no-pets and no-smoking policy. Please note that due to the unique open staircase design, the home is not ideally suited for toddlers. Location: Peace and quiet, yet conveniently located near Brooklyn Elementary and Middle Schools and Woodstock private Highschool is free for people who live in Brooklyn, CT. Utilities & Requirements I've put a lot of "TLC" into this house and am looking for a tenant who will do the same. Utilities (Electric, Internet, Trash, and Oil) are the tenant's responsibility. On average, budget roughly $300 $400 for electric/web, and approximately $200/mo for oil (seasonal).
