This was our home for 9 years before we moved to Chicago. The home has 3 upstairs bedrooms, a two-car detached garage, large brick patio, small backyard, an updated kitchen, side porch, small basement den, and front-loading washer & dryer pair in the basement. We installed a new furnace and AC in 2019, and much of the interior was painted in 2020. We think it's the perfect location in U.A.: schools, playgrounds, and libraries are right down the street, 17 restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's a great house for a small, young family. If interested, we're looking to show the house this Sat-Sun (June 19-20). Renter pays energy utilities (gas, electric) and internet/phone; we pay Columbus water. A cat is fine, but the back yard isn't completely fenced in, so a dog doesn't work well.
