Dishwasher. Laundry room with Washer/Dryer. Bonus loft space: great place for games, kid's play room, hobby space, you name it! The not-so-great: No off-street parking (look at google street view or drive by and you'll see what I mean). This is a modestly size home and the downstairs bedrooms are not exactly palatial; not recommended for 3 adult couples. Dogs and cats are welcome (there is a cat door in the master bedroom). Proof of income, credit and background checks, and references required. Applicant pays for credit/background check. Photos show the house staged from prior sale, but it will rented unfurnished.
