Two rooms for rent in a quiet 5-bedroom Mission Viejo home/neighborhood. My brother and I own the property, with only my brother residing in the home. We are looking for a quiet working professional/student who takes pride in their space, preferably someone who works the day shift. This will not be a great fit if you want to throw parties and have many guests. The hallway bathroom will be shared between you and one other roommate. At the moment, my brother is the only one living in the home in the main bedroom. We are looking to fill 2 rooms, with the possibility of a 3rd room being filled if everyone is comfortable. You can use the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard. We have a cleaning service that comes once a month to clean your shared bathroom as well as all the shared spaces, however, I just ask that we keep our space and common areas as clean as possible between cleanings. As long as the common areas and bathroom in particular are maintained well enough between cleanings, there is no need for an assigned cleaning schedule. We have one cat who is in and out of the house, but will not accept anymore pets. -2 unfurnished rooms, each currently available for $1200/month - Background check required - $800 deposit - Utilities, high-speed internet, and monthly cleaning services are covered by the landlord.
