Looking for college students only, preferably female. Its a four bedroom apartment with a shared communal space, kitchen, parking space, and washer and dryer in the basement. Looking for a clean and respectful sublease to take over for the spring semester. We are looking for someone to take over the lease for the Spring semester, possibly through the summer if interested. Utilities usually come out to $50-60 a month, the landlord takes care of snow plowing and any plumbing/electricity issues that need fixing.
