Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the huge, covered wrap around deck that features full views of lake Nottely. Enter the home into a spacious foyer to store your outdoor gear. The main living area is open and spacious to include a large dining room table that will seat 12, a big screen tv and large video views of the covered back deck and lake. There is a full bath and 1 bedroom off of the living room with a Queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee maker of your choice, and everything you will need to make for a perfect and comfortable stay. The main level also has 4 more bedrooms nestled on the left side of the floor plan to allow for quiet quarters while sleeping. All 4 bedrooms have TV's and 1 bedroom has a half bath. 3 of the rooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle underneath. There is a full bathroom with a deep soaking tub and shower to service these rooms. The basement offers a living space with a TV, Shuffleboard table, Bar area, and a large bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a full bathroom. The basement living area also opens to a large porch with overhead string lights. The outdoor space offers a boat dock, with a boat slip if you wish to bring your own boat, a sunbathing deck on the water, and a yard on a minimal downhill slope. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or reading a magazine. Guests will also enjoy: Wifi throughout the home Sonos speakers inside and out that any phone can connect to Ample parking TVs that are able to support Netflix and other streaming apps About the Area Ingles Grocery store Walmart Home Depot Downtown Blairsville Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino Downtown Blueridge Hiking: Vogel State Park, Trahlyta Falls Trail, Helton Creek Falls, Amicalola Falls State Park past Blue Ridge, GA, is also worth exploring (Blue Ridge is a cute little town about 30 minutes away.) Meek's Park has some easy paved walking trails, in addition to hiking trails and playgrounds. There is an abundance of outdoor activies in the area! Marinas: There are 3 marinas to rent boats and/or jet skis from. 1. Nottely Marina 2. North Georgia Watersports 3. Nottely Boat Club and Marina Wineries: Crane Creek Winery (about 30 min away) has a beautiful scenic view from the deck where you can settle back for a bottle of wine. You can bring your own food for a picnic and it's a great place where kids can also run around. They do have live music some evenings. *Paradise Winery which is also nice, is in Blairsville. Alcohol purchase: Beer and Wine can be purchased at local stores. However, for spirits you will need to visit Murphy NC or Hayesville NC - both are only 20 minutes away. Restaurants: Our favorite local Italian restaurant is Michaelee's Italian Life Caffe. *Hole in the Wall is a local family owned breakfast place that we like to visit. *Lucky's Mexican Cantina *Lala's Kitchen in the Mountains Featuring homemade dishes from all over Latin America Year to year term lease (so 1 yr term and then renewal). Owner pays for DirectTV Stream, Internet, yard maintenance, and water. Tenant pays for Gas & Electricity. No smoking allowed. No large parties to cause noise violations. 1st month's rent and security deposit required at signing. We are open to dogs depending on the situation.
