There is also a wired shop that is 24x40 feet that has plenty of room for anything. On the side of the shop is a 15x30 pool that has a big pool shack too for storage and pool supplies. This house has well water, and electric is through duke energy. There is a sticker for the trash place that can be obtained a few miles down the road to take trash yourself at the transfer station for free or tenant pays for service.The central air unit is only a few years old.
