Prefer furnished or partially furnished, but will consider unfurnished. Completely walled and secure, private, modern, lovely, updated home in a fantastic walking neighborhood. Close to pretty much everything...hiking, shopping, golfing (around the corner and great for the pups). Our former place, we now live elsewhere in Palm Springs. Fantastic gardener, pool service, maintenance and cleaning crew (extra charge if desired). Currently set up as primary and guest bedrooms with the 3rd bedroom as the media room. Mature citrus (tangelo's, grapefruit and lemon). Owner pays water, garbage, gardener and pool service. Renter responsible for gas, electric, internet/tv. No indoor smoking allowed. Non-destructive dogs allowed. We are very friendly with our neighbors, so no accumulation of debris or loud noises allowed out of respect for them.
