We have loved living here but are moving to Nashville to be near our son, daughter in law and grand kids so we're selling. Our home under went a major overhaul in 1999 with all new wiring, pluming, central air and heat and more. We bought it in 2012 and added much to make it a very comfortable home for us with new appliances, energy windows, doors, carpet, fans, lighting, painted the inside and out, new roof 2 years ago, added large deck, fire pit, work shop/man cave with storage and matucalliously landscaped both front and back yards. It has hard wood floors, tile and carpeted bed rooms. All appliances are staying including the washer and dryer.
