No additional parking is allowed on the site. No smoking of any kind on the property including outdoors. The apartment is internet ready. You can choose any of the following: Ziply Fiber Optic service, Xfinity, or 5G Home Internet from T-Mobile. No projection type televisions are permitted. No waterbeds. Prospective tenants who make an appointment to see the unit and do not show up without contacting the landlord/agent at least 30 minutes in advance will not be considered for this unit. Quiet hours are 8pm-8am. $2400 per month for 2 persons, $3,400 per month for 3 persons, $4,600 per month for 4 persons. A completely refundable security deposit is equal to one month of rent $2400, except $300.00 is a nonrefundable cleaning deposit. A single pet is allowed on a case-by-case basis. Either 1 cat or 1 dog, on a case by case basis. Do not assume your pet is allowed. A refundable $500. pet deposit is required. One pet under 35 lbs. will be considered. A credit and background check is required for each adult prospective tenant. The cost of the background/credit background check will be paid to the landlord/landlord agent prior to the check being performed. A reusable credit screening is not permitted. Prospective tenants must have a credit score of 700 minimum. Tenant income must be 3x the monthly rent. Each unrelated adult will have to show they can pay for the entire rent each month--using the income and credit scores mentioned here. No subletting is permitted, including persons the tenants may offer to stay with them for free. Guests staying over 3 nights must have written permission from the landlord/landlord agent.
