Great starter home or for an average Joe such as I. Small room off kitchen for washer and dryer. Three doors, one front and two rear for exit/entrance ease. Dual pane windows. Neighborhood Description Quiet. Never see the police arriving to settle a problem. Neighbors wave at each other. I do not have kids but if I did I would feel safe if they wandered the area. A convenience store with gas pumps is a couple blocks away. Easy access to the rest of the town via several nearby major roads. No constant traffic noise due to too close major streets. No nearby trains to disturb the peace. I think the birds that hang out here know me and chirp and cheep in a friendly way when I wander the yard.
