The Location: 15 mins to U of A, little more to downtown, 10 minutes to hiking and La Encantada, 2 minutes to St. Phillips plaza, 13 minutes to Sabino Canyon. You: non smoker, non partier, no drugs and no pets (I will consider some exceptions) Lease: Flexible and price ? dependent. I know these rent for 1 year for $1200/month unfurnished. I?m looking for $1800 for a month lease and can consider less for longer leases. This is ideal for temporary students or professionals and easily accommodates 2+ people.
